The Assam Valley Academy benevolent society has promoted Assam Valley Academy Junior College in the year 2010 on the northen side of the famous and historically important Tezpur town. It is the prime endover of the academy to meet the need and aspiration of the students of the locality by imparting quality education to be given by most qualified, efficient and experienced staff members. The academy will try its level best to impart academic, extracurricularand co-curricular activities so as to maintain an atmosphere of learning. The College imparts education in 2 (two) streams viz. Arts and Commerce initially. The academy is trying its level best to enhance class work, teaching activities etc. so as to minimize private tuitoning. The management is committed to make the academy an Institute of Excellence. Assam Valley Academy is being established with a aim to provide quality education to the students with advance teaching methodology and quality human resources.
